A medium roast of arabica beans from the Guji Zone of the Oromia and Sidama region in Ethiopia, with notes of mango, strawberry and prune acidity.

Farmed in Ethiopia’s Guji zone, in Oromia, Sidama City, Six Four Coffee’s Ethiopia Guji, Sidama, Single Origin/Estate coffee beans are carefully picked from the ripest cherries of the harvest. Dried over the next three weeks, the coffee cherries are painstakingly spread and moved to ensure even and uniform drying.


The high altitude, combined with the region’s soil and growing conditions, makes coffee brewed from this bean have fruity flavour notes with bright acidity.
